Life has so much more colour when you see it through a 10 yr old's eyes - such curiosity and inquisitiveness to understand why are things happening the way they are
I’m that kid in your neighbourhood who keeps asking why and how about everything. Not just to collect wisdom—but to understand why it works, and how someone arrived at it
I’ve started this podcast to connect with amazing people like you - those who’ve thought deeply about life, work, identity, belief, emotion, or any of the invisible systems we live inside
I want to ask you: Why does it work? How did you figure it out? What have you unlearned?
There isn’t any one subject I’m focused on. Like any curious kid, I’m not good at staying in one lane—every topic leads to another, and often the best questions come from where you least expect them
Here are just a few things I’ve been pondering lately:
1️⃣ What is ego? Does everyone define it differently?
2️⃣ Why do we dream? Is there meaning to it?
3️⃣ What is religion? Do we have to choose one? Could it be seen as a multi-generational distribution portal for ways of living?
4️⃣ What is the state of sleep? So unique that if we try, we can’t achieve it - but the moment we stop trying, we drift off
👋 I’m Arjun Saharan!
By weekday, I’m a strategy consultant at McKinsey
By weekend, I’m a relentless questioner of life’s invisible systems—curious about how we think, what drives meaning, and where wisdom comes from
Pod of a kid is a collection of raw, honest conversations—where I ask questions (some dumb ones too!) with the wonder of a 10-year-old, and explore the answers with people who’ve lived them
If this resonates with you or you know someone whose story deserves a voice - I’d love to connect!
